In this Order of reference the second endorsement below it mentions that copy of it was forwarded to the Chairman of this Court and further says that the Zonal Directorate Labour Welfare, Karachi, will furnish a copy of Charter of Demands of the Workers. The other endorsement thereafter in the reference order shows that copy of the order was forwarded to the Zonal Directorate Labour Welfare, Karachi for information and necessary action and he was requested to despatch a copy of Charter of Demands of the Workers to this Court under intimation to the Labour Department.
