I propose to dispose of these appeals by a common order. 2. All the appeals are directed against the orders of the learned Chairman of the Labour Court (Central Zone), Lahore, in applications under section 31 of the Industrial Disputes Ordinance, 1959 (hereinafter called the Ordinance of 1959), or section 38 of the West Pakistan Industrial Disputes Ordinance, 1968 (hereinafter called the repealed Ordinance). .It may be mentioned that section 31 of the Ordinance of 1959, is equivalent to section 38 of the repealed Ordinance. The learned Court accepted the applications and ordered that the respondents be re-instated in service with full back benefits. The applications were allowed mainly on the ground that no second show-cause notice was given and in some cases no report of the Enquiry Officer was supplied to the respondents. 3. Mr. Naseer ul Hasan addressed me on behalf of the appellant.
