I. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Lahore vide impugned judgment dated 26-7-1967. The appellant has filed this appeal against his conviction and sentence. 2. Briefly, the facts of the case are that on 2-4-1966 at about 8 or 9 a.m. Mst. Isman Bibi daughter of Mst. Niamatc P. W. had gone to wash her clothes. Mst.
