J.--These are two petitions for the V. review of a judgment of this Court announced on the 7th of State May 1970, dismissing two Criminal Appeals Nos, 2 and 3 of 1969 (Yusuf All Khan v. The State), which were heard together and were argued by the petitioner, who is a Barrister-at-Law, in person. One of these review petitions was filed on the 15th of May 1970, and the other was filed on the 26th of May 1970, . along with certificates granted by Mr. A. Anwar Beg, Senior Advocate, on the 15th of May 1970. Thereafter, in Review Petition No, 8 of 1970 the petitioner on the 23rd of January 1971, filed an application seeking to add a new around, namely, ground (h) of the appeal which, according to him, was inadvertently not included in the grounds set out in the review petition. But no explanation was given as to why it was also not included in the certificate granted by the learned Senior Advocate. The petitioner, however, claims that he had "vehemently urged this ground as well at the hearing of the appeal". The review petitions were posted for hearing on the 29th of January 1971.
