Petitioner Muhammad Ali has filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 with the following prayer: - A. To take strict Legal action against the Respondent No.7 and her companions as per contents of the Petition, and restrain them from their illegal acts, harassing, pressurizing, torturing, blackmailing as well as issuing threats of implicating the Petitioner and his family members in the false cases as well as of dire consequences.

B. To direct the Respondents No.1 to 6, to provide protection to the Petitioner and his Family Members and their Liberty from the hands of the Respondent No.7 and others acting on her behalf.

C. To direct the Respondents No.3 to 7, their Subordinates, Representatives or anybody else acting on their behalf to not Harass the Petitioner and the Petitioner may be allowed to live in his house a long with his Family and look after his 100 Years Old Father and ailing Mother.

D. To direct the Respondents No.3 to 7, their Subordinates, Representatives or anybody else acting on their behalf to not create hurdle and close the ways of the Petitioner to his House and Bread earning place (Ali Medical Store).

E. To direct the Respondents No.2 and 6 to provide Protection to the Petitioner for safe living in his House and freely work at his Medical Store.

F. To direct the Respondents No.3 to 7, their Subordinates, agents, servants, colleagues, representative and or anybody else acting on their behalf from interfering in their personal life and harassing in any manner whatsoever in nature.

This Court vide order dated 18.8.2025 issued notices to the respondents. Official respondents are present in Court and state that neither they have harassed the petitioner nor intend to do so in future rather they shall act strictly in accordance with law. In view of above statement of the official respondents, this petition stan ds disposed of with directions to the official respondents not to cause any sort of harassment to the petitioner and shall act strictly in accordance with law.
