JUDGMENT JUDGMENT In the general election held on 10.10.2002 the petitioner and the respondents contested the election for the membership of the Provincial Assembly Punjab i,e, PP-21 Chakwal-II. Respondent No, 1 was declared as a returned candidate and was so notified in the official Gazette. Through this petition the petitioner has assailed the same on the grounds stated in the election petition. By filing reply, the election petition has been contested. Its maintainability has been objected for non-observance of provisions of Section 55 (3) of The Representation of People Act, 1976 that the same has not been verified in accordance therewith. C.M. No, 1/03 has also been filed under Section 63 of The Representation of People Act, 1976 for the dismissal of the petition. The petition was heard alongwith other connected petitions, such as Election Petitions No, 13/02, No, 40/02, No, 77/02, No, 88/02, No, 106/02 and No, 165/02. However, on 31.7.2003 C.M.
