This Court vide order dated 2 9.9.2025 issued notices to the respondents . Meanwhile, the SHO concerned was directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner in any manner of whatsoever nature and he shall take bonds from the private respondents to that effect in the sum of Rs.500,000/ - (Rupees five lac only) each. The SSP concerned was also directed to ensure safety of the petitioner. Today, in compliance of the aforesaid order, SHO concerned has submitted report dated 13.10.2025, which is taken on record. Meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the parties have compromised outside the Court, therefore, she does not wish to press the instant petition in the terms that the SSP concerned may be directed to ensure safety of the petitioner. If this is the position of the case, this petition stands disposed of alongwith listed application in terms of the statement of the SHO concerned and the counsel that parties have compromised the matter outside the Court.
