O R D E R Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J Petitioner Mujeeb ur Rehman has filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking the unblocking of CNI Cs of himself and his siblings. It appears from the record that the CNICs of the Petitioner and his siblings have already been cleared. However, the CNIC of his daughter, Muntaha, is digitally impounded due to a match with the Afghan nationality/passport record. In view thereof, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Revocation Branch/Regional Verification Board at Awami Markaz, Karachi, along with his daughter and all relevant original documents for verification and adjudication of her c ase in accordance with law and policy. The concerned authority shall pass a speaking order after due process, preferably within two weeks. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties present in Court, the instant petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned parties for compliance.
