O R D E R
Adnan-ul-Karim Memon,J Petitioner Asif son of Nasir has filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking the following relief:
“i) Declare the impugned blocking of CNICs of his mother namely Mst. Palwasha Bibi widow of Nasir Khan & Renewal o f CNIC of his Brother namely Nasir by respondents as illegal, arbitrary, without lawful authority and of no legal effect.
ii) Direct the respondents to immediately restore/unblock the CNICs of his mother namely Mst. Palwasha Bibi widow of Nasir Khan & Ren ewal of CNIC of his Brother namely Nasir including petitioner.
iii) Direct the Respondent No.2 & 3 to issuance of fresh CNIC of the petitioner's mother, sister and brothers as per record of birth certificate.
iv) Restrain the respondents from taking any coercive or adverse action against the petitioner's brothers & sisters without due process of law.
v) Grant any other relief deemed just and proper in the circumstances of the case
vi) Cost of the Petition.”
2. It appears from the record, the Petitioner’s CNIC is Digitally Impounded as Alien Confirmed Family due to brother of OW0001330. Case was marked to DLC Keamari for decision. Now, the Petitioner may be directed to appear at nearest Zonal Office along with all docume nts in original prior to 1979, Alpha Family Member for evaluation of the case as per policy in vogue. Outcome will be shared to this Court.

Counsel submits that this petition may be disposed of with directions to the Petitioner to approach Zonal Verification Board DHA located at Nisar Shaheed Park along with all documents in original as discussed supra for evaluation of his case and passing a speaking order regarding the Petitioner and

his family members as per law and policy of NADRA. Petitioner is directed accordingly to approach the concerned Office for evaluation of his case and thereafter the Respondents shall process in accordance with th e law. However, if the case of Petitioner is found genuine, same shall be processed without creating any hindrance. Let intimation notice be issued to the Petitioner for such purpose.
4. The instant petition by consent of NADRA counsel, stands disposed of in the above terms.
