Petitioner Sajawal has filed this Constitutional Petition with the fo llowing prayer: - a. To direct the officials respondents to provide the legal protection to the petitioner and his family members from the hands of the respondent No. 5

b. To direct the Respondent No.5 not to harass, pressurize and blackmail the petitioner and also direct them not to raid the house of the petitioner and his family members and never harass, pressurize or blackmail the petitioner.

c. To restrain the respondent their agents, servants, friends, companions, colleagues, persons, representatives , workers, attorneys and / or anybody else acting on their behalf or in their names, for harassing, pressurizing, issuing threats for dire consequences and involve the petitioner in false, fabricated and bogus criminal cases, without due course of law, til l final disposal of the main Petition.

d. To direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to provide protection to petitioner from the hands of respondent No.5 till the final disposal of the instant petition.

Learned Assistant AG submits that the petitioner was calle d at police station and inquired about the abduction of the lady Mst. Safa daughter of Bilal aged about 19 years, who recorded her statement and did not implicate the petitioner. Such copies of FIR and statement have been placed on record. However, no harassment shall be caused by the police officials. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of
