Judgment ORDER It is the case of petitioner that he has filed an application to the Assistant Commissioner, Gambat under section 117 of the Land Revenue Act for demarcation of land bearing survey Nos. 116, 1134 and 1135 and others, situated in Deh Jamra Taluka Gambat, but the same has not been entertained. Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Gambat is present and undertakes that application of the petitioner would be decided in accordance with law and order would be communicated to him in writing within a period of one month. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied and accordingly the petition is disposed of.
