O R D E R Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry J . – 1] Urgency granted. 2 -4] The p rayer of the Petitioner is essentially for a direction to the police authorities to conduct a fair investigation into FIR No. 478/2025 registered at P.S. Mochko on the Petitioner’s complaint. The record reflects that after the FIR had been registered at P.S. Mochko , the investigation was transferred to an ASI at P.S. Baldia Town , however, the Petitioner is still not satisfied with the Investigating Officer . After going through the record, we are of the view that the apprehension of the Petitioner that a fair investigation may not be conducted is premature at this stage as a final challan has yet to be submitted in the case . Therefore, we are not inclined to issue any writ at this stage to interfere with police investigation. The petition is therefore dismissed in limine.
