However, no notice has been issued and office has put up the case for non - prosecution. Perhaps the petitioners have lost interest in the matter. Since this is a simple case of harassment, therefore, the official respondents are directed not to cause harassment to the petitioners and if the private respondents are found to be indulged in haras sing the petitioners, the police shall take action in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of.
