Judgment ORDER Mr. Muhammad Hayat Mughal advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.3 which is taken on record. Petitioners in order to seek their postretirement benefits seek an amendment in the Sindh (Regularization of Contingent Paid or Work-Charged Employees of Left Bank Outfall Drainage (LBOD) Act, 2018 commonly called Sindh Act No.XL of 2018. In terms of Article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 this Court cannot cause any amendment in the impugned Act of 2018 ibid Act referred to above. It is only the legislative competence which could overcome such an issue and not by virtue of any amendment order to be passed by this Court. Petition being misconceived is dismissed.
