Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.7 has contracted marriage with petitioner's sister on 13.11.2020 and they were living a happy matrimonial life, however, due to continuous interference and unl awful influence of respondent No.6 a serious dispute arose. He further submits that respondent No.7 developed hostility towards the petitioner and his family subjecting them to harassment and cruelty. He further submits that respondent No.6 being a police official managed to register FIR No.1153/2020 at Police Station Sachal Goth against the petitioner and his family members.

Today, respondent No.6 Agha Zulfiqar is present in Court and submits that neither he has harassed the petitioner nor intends to do so in future. Learned AAG and APG present in Court state that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner by the official as well as private respondents and they shall act strictly in accordance with law. In view of above, this petition stands dispose d of alongwith listed / pending application(s) with directions to the official as well as private respondents not to cause any sort of harassment to the petitioner , even no harassment shall be caused to either party by anyone and they shall act strictly in accordance with law.
