Mr.Amir Mansoob Qureshi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent No.5, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.11 to 13 has filed objections, whereas, police officials present in Court have filed compliance report on behalf of IGP Sindh are taken on record. Mr.Amir Mansoob Qureshi, Advocate for the Respondent No.5 submits that Irfan Bahadur is not working as D.I.G. West and his name has been given mistakenly in the memo of petition he has no concern with the allegations contained in the petition. Such fact has not been denied by the counsel for the petitioner and the law officers representin g the Province of Sindh. Since the name of Mr.Irfan Bahadur has been mistakenly given, therefore, the same is struck off and the respondent No.5 shall be treated as D.I.G. West in his official capacity. Except to prayer clause “C” remaining prayers made in the petition are not maintainable as the remedy to file an application under Section 22-A Cr.P.C. before the concerned Justice of Peace is available. As far as the prayer clause “C” is concerned the petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and restraining them from causing harassment for which learned A.P.G. and learned A.A.G. present in Court undertake that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner and the officials respondent shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law if so advice.
