Judgment ORDER Adnan-ul-Karim M em on J:- Petitioner Sahib Dino seeks direction to the respondent-Municipal Commissioner Sukkur, Municipal Corporation Division to provide space for installing cattle pond/Bara for buffalos at cattle colony Sukkur. The aforesaid stance has been refuted by the learned AAG without filing the comments on the premise that such space cannot be allowed to the petitioner without fulfillment of legal requirements as provided under the law. Petitioner, who is present in person, has submitted that he has moved various applications to the respondents but to no avail and previously District Government Sukkur in the year 2009, he was allowed such lease on certain terms and conditions (page 31), however, they are now refusing to entertain the petitioner without assigning any reason. Be that as it may, it is for the competent authority of the respondents to look into the matter at their end and take decision thereon. Let this matter be taken up by Deputy Commissioner Sukkur to see whether the petitioner is entitled to lease of the subject area for cattle pond/cattle Bara for buffalos at cattle colony Sukkur under the law and if, he is found entitled, the same application be processed in accordance with law and decision thereon shall be made within reasonable time. This petition stand disposed of in the above terms.
