This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to pro vide complete details of the FIRs, inquiries or investigations against him and his family members, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner married with one Mst. Komal on 16.4.2025 through freewill affidavit with her own wish, without instigation and force and since then the miseries have started and the parents of Mst. Komal are bent upon to kill both of them and also implicated in a series of false cases against the petitioner and other relatives and one FIR No.362/2025 under Sectio n 365 -B PPC was also registered at PS Aziz Bhatti against them. Learned Assistant PG submits that no further FIR has been lodged against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that t he I.G. Police Sindh may be directed to ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioner. However, if there is any criminal case pending against the petitioner, he may face the trial under the law and the same shall be decided in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed application.
