O R D E R

Adnan-ul-Karim Memon,J Petitioner Amjad Khan son of Abdul Naseer, has filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking the following relief:

“a). To declare that the petitioner and his family members as Pakistani Citizens and entitled for their CNICs from the office of NADRA.

b) To direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to unblock/renew / issue fresh CNIC of the petitioner as well as his entire family / children as per family tree / record maintained by the respondents.”

Counsel representing NADRA contended th at the Petitioner has not approached the concerned nearest Centre for renewal of the CNIC, therefore, he has to approach the concerned branch and thereafter his case shall be processed in accordance with the law. The request appears to be reasonable. The P etitioner is directed to approach nearest Centre for renewal of his CNIC which shall be processed in accordance with the law.

Without touching the merits of the case, t he instant petition by consent of NADRA counsel stands disposed of in the above terms.
