1. Urgent application is allowed. 2. This Court vide order dated 25.8.2025 directed the respondents not to harass the petitioners and to act in accordance with law. The SSP Dadu was also directed to ensure the petitioners' free movement to their village without any interference. However, this Court made it clear that if the private respondents are found t o be involved in any misconduct, the concerned Magistrate will take immediate action against them. A copy of this order has already been sent to the learned concerned Magistrate; however, no action has been taken. The learned Sessions Judge, Dadu is direct ed to look into the matter and resolve the issue of the petitioners by directing the Magistrate to hear the petitioners and if he finds something fishy on the part of the private respondents, he shall immediately take action in accordance with law by provi ding protection to the petitioners. This contempt application is disposed of. The petitioner shall approach the learned Sessions Judge, Dadu accordingly. However, no further application shall be entertained in the disposed of matter. Let a copy of this o rder be transmitted to the learned Sessions Judge, Dadu, for compliance.
