Gul Naz has filed the captioned Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking following relief(s):- “1. That, this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to issue the CNIC to the petitioner as she being Pakistani Citizen is entitle for her CNIC.

2. That, this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to Declare the actions and conduct of Respondent No.2 as illegal, unlawtul, and unconstitutional;

3. That, this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to Initiate departmental proceedings against Respondent No4 fer misconduct and misuse of authority:

4. Any other or further relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances..”

Learned cou nsel for NADRA submits that, as per the Operations Branch, RHO NADRA Karachi, the petitioner’s CNIC (Tracking ID No. 505495399606 dated 05.03.2026) is ready and available at Mega Centre Siemens Chowrangi for collection. 3. In view thereof, the petitioner i s directed to collect her CNIC from the said center. 4. The petition is disposed of in these terms along with pending application(s).
