L J 67 Result: Appeal allowed JUDGMENT JUDGMENT ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.-This double murder case has conic up before us on the reference by the Additional Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Sanghar for the confirmation of the death sentences under section 302/34, P. P. C. Imposed upon Umedali Umrani, aged 40 year;, and Wazir Umrani, aged 25 years and on a joint appeal filed by the convicts.
