1) Urgency granted. 2) Deferred for the time being. 3) Granted subject to all just exceptions. 4&5) The main grievance of the petitioner is that he is the lawful owner/occupier of Plot No. M -II/F-164, admeasuring 1,350 square yards, situated at Urdu Baz ar, Block -B, Shershah Colony, Karachi. Without adopting due process of law, the respondents have issued threats and notices and have initiated action for the sealing and demolition of the said property, which is arbitrary, unlawful, and in violation of Art icles 4, 9, 18, and 13 of the Constitution. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioners, if so advised, shall file his complaint by using Smart Complaint Redressal Mechanism (SCRM) of the SBCA, who shall deal with the same in accordance with it s own SOPs within reasonable time. This proposition is accepted by petitioner’s counsel. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms along with listed / pending application (s).
