L J 988 Result: Appeal accepted JUDGMENT JUDGMENT Mian Allah Bakhsh Chairman Mushtaq- Ahmad, Secretary, and Allah Bakhsh Chandio, Peon of Union Council, Jhok Utra, District Dera Ghazi Khan, were tried by the Special Judge, Anti-- Corruption, Multan for the commission of offences punishable under sections 218, 409, 420 and 468, P. P. C. Read with section 5 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947. By judgment dated the 16th October 1965, proceedings against Mian Allah Bakhsh, Chairman, were dropped and Allah Bakhsh Chandio was acquitted. Mushtaq Ahmad appellant was convicted under section 466, P. P. C. And was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for to years; he was also convicted under section 409, P. P. C. Read with section 5 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947, and was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months. The, to sentences of imprisonment were ordered to run concurrent.
