M/s. Ehsanullah Khan and Naila Tabassum, Advocates for the Petitioner. ********** 1. Urgency granted. 2. Exemption granted subject to all just exceptions. 3&4. The Petitioner has challenged a notice dated 29.06.2026 issued by the Chief Commissioner, Inland Revenue, Corporate Tax Office, Karachi, calling upon the Petitioner to vacate and handover possession of a government accommodation provided to the Petitioner whilst she was in service. The notice follows inasmuch as the Petitioner retired from service on 15.12.2025 , and the period for retaining government accommodation after retirement has also expired. Learned counsel for the Petitioner concedes that the period for retaining government accommodation after retirement has expired. Therefore, we do not find any merit in the petition. The petition is dismissed in limine. JUDGE
