Judgment ORDER Learned A.A.G files comments of respondents No.1 to 6, which are taken on record and a copy whereof has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner . Through this petition, petition Waseem Ahmed seeks protection against harassmen t allegedly have been caused by respondent / FIA. Learned counsel for petitioner states that on receiving notice, petitioner has appeared before concerned FIA Authorities and participated in the enquiry proceedings pending before them. The petitioner is a bank employee and complaint of fraud is under investigation against him. Case of bank fraud falls within the purview of FIA. However , the FIA Authorities/respondents are directed to conclude said enquiry proceedings within a period of one month; however , in accordance with law . With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
