Judgment ORDER It is stated by Mian Taj Muhammad Keerio advocate that his name has been typed on the file cover inadvertently as he has not filed vakalatnama in this case nor he has ever been engaged by the petitioner. He appeared on 26.09.2018 through his associate when he held his brief. The case never fixed until 19.04.2023 when no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today yet again the position is same. Mr. Keerio has yet again stated that he never filed any vakalatnama and his name has been wrongly typed on the file cover. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in the proceedings as even the previous counsel Mr. Pervaiz Ahmed Pirzada has not appeared. Dismissed in non-prosecution.
