O R D E R Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J: The Petitioner is the owner of the property i.e Flat No. M 318, on third Floor, Al -Ghafoor Aveue, plot No. FL -11 Sector 11- A, North Karachi; that property was rented out to the respondent No.06 on 20.02.2020 against the advance payment of Rs. 100,000/ - and on monthly Rent of Rs. 12,000/- with enhancement of 10% on every year; that the montly rent was paid by the respondent No.06 til l June 2023, thereafter the Respondent No.06 committed defult in payment and did not pa y the monthly Rent from July 2023, hence the petitioner demand vacation of his property. The Respondents are acting in violation of constitutional provisions and illegally and unlawfully harassing the Petitioner with malafide intenti ons. The Respondents have committed offenses under the law through illegal harassment and threats against the Petitioner. Respondents No. 2 to 5 are duty-bound to initiate departmental and legal action against Respondents No. 6 in accordance with the law. The Petitioner avers that the actions of the Respondents are illegal, not permissible under the law, and unsustainable under the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. The impugned acts of the Respondents are ultra vires the legislative fr amework, inoperative, void, cnconstitutional, and unreasonable. 2. Admittedly, this is the case of harassment at hands of police in connivance with private respondents. The main objectives of police is to apprehend offenders, investigate crimes, and pro secute them before the cours also to prevent to commission of crime, and above all ensure law and order to protect citizen’s life and property. 3. Learned A.A.G. submits that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner. Consequently, this petition is hereby disposed of on these terms.
