This petition concerns non -payment of pensionary benefits to the petitioner, Mst. Shahida, widow of late Waris Masih, Sanitary Worker (BPS -02), KMC, who expired on 01.10.2024. Learned counsel for K MC submitted that a letter has been written to the Municipal Commissioner, TMC Nazimabad, Karachi, to process and disburse the pensionary benefits; however, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pensionary benefits of the petitioner shall be paid in one week. This petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid statement.
