O R D E R Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J. – Petitioner Ghul am Jeelani filed this Constitution Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan, seeking a declaration that he is entitled to recover his retirement benefits and gratuity from the respondents, and a direction for their immediate release. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was appointed in 1964 as coolly (BPS -02) in the Municipal Public Health Services, KMC, Karachi, and retired on 30.06.2024, but his retirement benefits and gratuity have not been paid. 3. Learned counsel for KMC stated that the petitioner’s pension papers were received on 18.06.2025, and the pension case was finalized and certain amount is payable within two weeks. The request of the learned counsel for the counsel for the KMC seems to be reasonable and acceded to. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
