Court Name: Labour Court Judge(s): Mahmood Ahmad Soofi, Fazal Elahi Qurban Title: MUHAMMAD ASLAM vs PUNJAB ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION, LAHORE Case No.: Application No. 343 of 1970 Date of Judgment:1970-12-16 Reported As: 1972 PLC 160 Result: N/A Judgment ORDER MAHMOOD AHMAD SOON (CHAIRMAN).-The respondent's represent--tative has filed his reply to the petitioner's application. The argu--ments of both parties have been beard by me today. The petitioner Muhammad Aslam has already filed an application under section 34 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 against the Order of dismissal doted 13th June 1970 passed by the District Manager, Government Transport Service, Multan, against the petitioner. The case is pending in this Labour Court and has already been fixed for the date 1st January 1971, for the arguments of both parties in regard' to the merits of the case. In view of this circumstance the present application of the petitioner, which also purports to have been instituted in this Court under section 34 of the same Ordinance and which contains the petitioner's prayer for an order of this Court directing the respondent to record a decision immediately in regard to an appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent against the respondent's impugned order, A dated 13th June 1970, is not maintainable under any provisions of the relevant law. Consequently dais Application (No. 343 of 1970) is dismissed.
