Judgment ORDER Adnan-ul-Karim M em on J;- Through the instant constitution petition, the petitioners simply seek direction to the official respondents not to cause any kind of harassment to them and to provide protection to them as per law. On approach before the learned trial Court their application was dismissed in default, which has trigger the cause to the petitioners to approach this Court against the highhandedness of the police who are in league with private respondents and causing harassm ent to them based on certain issues under Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005 and other ancillary issues Learned Assistant A.G. Sindh files statement/comments on behalf of the official respondents No.2, 3 & 4, which are taken on record. DSP Complaint Redressal Cell, Naushahro Feroze and SHO Police Station, Mehrabpur are present in Court and state that they have neither harassed the petitioners nor they intend to do so in future. Copy of the aforesaid statement/comments has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioners, who after going through the same is satisfied and seeks disposal of this petition. However it is made clear that if there is any dispute of civil nature; the parties may take resort of the Court of plenary jurisdiction as this Court cannot travel into such controversy. As for as police harassment is concerned, the SSP concerned has to see the matter and take prompt action against the persons who breach the law, if the petitioners approach them as the police officials are required to protect and not abduct. The instant petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement/comments filed by the DSP Complaint Redressal Cell, Naushahro Feroze and SHO Police Station, Mehrabpur as well as observation made in the preceding paragraph.
