L J 1043 Result: proceeding according JUDGMENT JUDGMENT This revision application is directed against an order dated 14-9-1968 of the learned Additional City Magistrate, Court No. IV, Karachi, whereby the learned Magistrate directed that bailable warrants be issued against the petitioners. 2. To appreciate the points urged before me, it is necessary to state some relevant facts. On 31-12-1967, one Mange Shah husband of Mst. Aliman respondent No. 1 filed a report with the Preedy Police Station, Karachi, which was entered in the "Roznamcha" as entry No. 34 and was to the following effect :- "Mange Shah son of Molar Shah resident of Ratan Talao Gali No. A/20 alongwith Mst. Aliman his wife came at the police station and stated that he lives at the above address. That today at 14-15 hours he was taking meals in his but and that his cots and cycle were kept outside his but by the wall, and Mst. Sultano who is his neighbour made his cots and cycle to fall down whereupon his wife Aliman asked her as to why she did that, whereupon a quarrel started between them and he came out of his hut.
