The petitioner is also absent from this Court today without any reasonable cause although a notice was sent to him for appearing in this Court today. It is already 2-45 p.m. Today and I can see no reason for waiting any longer for either the petitioner or Mr. Abdul Majid Qureshi. The latter has not filed any special power of attorney on judicial paper bearing the signature of the petitioner. 'For all the above recorded reasons, especially the absence of the petitioner himself without any reasonable cause, this application (under section 34 of the industrial' Relations Ordinance, 1969) is dismissed. In view of the provisions of subsection 4 of section 37 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, this deci--sion of the Labour Court, Central Zone, Lahore, "shall be final and shall not be called in question in any manner by or before any' Court or other authority"
