ORDER Pursuant to Court notice, ASP Saad Bin Ubaid on behalf of SSP West, DSP Raza Mian, DSP M. Khushnud Javed, SDPO Mehmoodabad on behalf of SSP, East Karachi, SDPO Sohail Akhter, Saeedabad along with P.I. M. Arshad Warsi, S.I. Mohammad Khan, P.S. Model Colony, S.I. Ghulam Yasin Soomro, P.S. Landhi, P.I. Humayoon Khan, SHO, P.S. Liaquatabad and P.I. Bashir Ahmed, P.S. Frere, have shown appearance and compliance has been furnished on behalf of respondent No.6 along with annexures, which is taken on record, copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for petitioner, who submits that necessary steps have been taken by the respondents against such unscrupulous persons, who are involved in making and selling of steel strings to be used in flying kites, whereas, FIRs have been registered against such unscrupulous persons. In view of the compliance/comments and undertaking given on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press instant petition, however, submits that respondents will continue to take legal action against such unscrupulous persons to avoid any further accidents in this regard. Accordingly, in view of undertaking and compliance/comments filed on behalf of the respondents instant petition stands disposed of along with listed application.
