------------------------- This petition was disposed of vide order dated 22.12.2010 in the following terms:- “1)Learned Counsel Tor Respondent No.6 seeks time to file counter affidavit to this Application. Two weeks' time is granted.

2) Learned Counsel does not press this application, the same is consequently dismissed.

3) Mr. Zubair Hashmi has placed on record a copy of Note for Supercession of the society which is dated 10.01.2009. He has also placed copy of states Show Cause Notice dated that this Show Cause on record 20.04.2010 has Notice a and been as issued. Dr. Khalid Ali z. Qazi specifically denies receipt of the said Show Cause Notice, Be that the Show Cause Notice has been it may, copy given to Mr. Qazi. The Petitioner may submit reply Show to the thereafter. of Cause the Notice within Secretary LWO and weeks Cooperation Department shall decide upon the Show Caus e Notice within a one month. This petition as well as CMA No.2580/2010 are disposed of in the above terms.”

Thereafter Miscellaneous Application has been moved and it was lastly fixed on 03.12.2015, thereafter, there is no progress and on the very date no body was in attendance on behalf of petitioner. This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the Miscellaneous Application for non-prosecution.
