O R D E R
ADNAN-UL-KARIM MEMON, J: The petitioners have invoked the constitutional jurisdiction of this Court under Article 199 of the Constitution seeking quashment of FIR No. 59 of 2026 registered under Sections 365 -B and 34 PPC at Police Station Warah, District Qambar Shahdadkot, on the ground that petitioner No.1, Mst. Komal, being a major, solemnized marriage with petitioner No.2, Musawar, of her own free will and has been falsely shown as an abductee at the instance of her father, respondent No.8, who is opposed to their marriage. 2. Learned counsel submitted that the impugned FIR has been lodged with mala fide intention solely to harass the petitioners and that petitioner No.1 has voluntarily chosen to reside with her husband. 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.06.2026, n otices were issued to the respondents. Petitioner No.1 appeared before this Court and unequivocally stated that she had contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 on 01.06.2026 of her own free will and without any coercion. 4. The Investigating Officer also recorded her statement and submitted that, in view thereof, he would place his report before the competent Magistrate for disposal of the case under C class in terms of the statement of the lady petitioner. 5. The police officials further assured the Cour t that no harassment would be caused to the petitioners, while the I.O shall obtain a personal bond from the private

respondents in the sum of Rs.500,000/ - to ensure that neither they nor their family would cause any harm to the couple. 6. Accordingly, thi s petition is disposed of with directions to the concerned police to extend protection to the petitioners whenever required and to ensure that no harassment is caused to them. The Investigating Officer shall submit his report before the learned Magistrate, for disposal of the case as per the statement of the petitioner lady.
