Adnan-ul-Karim Memon J: - Respondent No. 2 Abdul Majeed claims to be detainee as per raid report submitted by the Magistrate; consequently, upon the intervention of learned Additional Sessions Jud ge/Justice of Peace Moro, who imposed costs of Rs. 100,000/ - upon the applicants payable to the private respondent No.2 Abdul Majeed vide order dated 28 -03-2024. The applicants being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order dated 28 -03-2024 filed this Crl. Revisions Application on the ground that the private respondent was arrested in Crime No. 88/2024 of PS Moro and prepared such mashirnama dated 12-03-2024. As per applicants, respondent No. 2 is a criminal type person and is involved in number of case s in District Naushahro Feroze; that impugned order is perverse, capricious and against the law; they prayed for allowing the instant Crl. Revision Application. It appears from the record that after filing this Crl. Revision Application the applicants succeeded to obtain interim order vide order dated 15-04-2024 and matter was posted today for hearing. Today they are called absent without intimation. In view of the above, this Court is left with no option but to recall the interim order dated 15 -04-2024. Resultantly this Crl. Revision Application is dismissed along with pending applications on account of non -prosecution as nobody is turning up and no intimation has been received.
