O R D E R Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J. – Petitioner Muhammad Hanief has filed the instant Constitution Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking a declaration and consequential direction for release of his retirement benefits, including gratuity and other post -retirement dues from the respondents. 2. It is contended tby the counsel for the petitioner hat the petitioner was appointed in the year 1987 as Malaria Colony (BPS -02) and retired from service on 14.12.2020. Since his retirement, his lawful pensionary benefits and other dues have not been released. 3. Learned counsel representing Respondent KMC submits that upon examination of the petitioner’s case, the same has been found to be genuine. It is further stated that the petitioner is entitled to the relief claimed, and after due scrutiny of the record, his pensionary benefits shall be released within two weeks, subject to verification of entitlement. The request so made seems to be reasonable and acceded to. 4. When confronted with the above position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for Respondent KMC. 5. Accordingly, without touching the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the petition stands disposed of along with all pending applications in the above terms. JUDGE
