O R D E R

Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J. – Petitioner Aslam Faqira filed this Constitution Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution, 1973, seeking release of his pension, gratuity, and other retirement benefits following his retirement as Sanitary Worker (BPS-02) in Town Municipal Corporation Korangi, KMC, on 07.01.2025. 2. Learned counsel for Respondent -KMC has submitted that the retirement dues have been partially paid through Cheques No. 55471050 (Rs. 418,029/ -), 55471051 (Rs. 55,471,051/-), and Rs. 58,130/- dated 20.02.2026, and the remaining dues shall be released within two weeks. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the disposal of the petition in terms of the above statement. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to the KMC to release the remaining dues within two weeks.
