Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J. The petitioner Mst. Bibi Naseema has filed the captioned Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking following relief(s):- “a). To declare that the petitioner and her children and husband as Pakistani Citizens and entitled for their CNICS from the office of NADRA.
b) To direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to unblock/renew / issue fresh CNIC of the petitioner as well as her children as well as husband as per family tree / record maintained by the respondents.
c) To direct the respondents to un -block CNICs of the petitioner and her entire family members.”
2. The case of the petitioner is that her CNIC is digitally impounded as intruder in 2016 by the head of family. The petitioner has been advised by the NADRA to appear at nea rest Zonal Office along with all documents in original prior to 1979, two Alpha Family member for evaluation of her case as per current verification and revocation policy.

Learned counsel for the NADRA submits that this petition is liable to be dismis sed, however, directions may be given to the petitioner to approach V&R Branch located at Awami Markaz, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi along with all documents as required under the law for evaluation of her case and passing a speaking order regarding the p etitioner and her family members as per law and policy of NADRA in the larger interest of justice . The request seems to be reasonable and acceded to.

In view of the above and without touching the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach V&R Branch located at Awami Markaz, Main Sha hrah-e-Faisal Karachi along with all documents as required under the law for evaluation of her case. However, it is made clear that no bottleneck shall be created in the intervening period, and if the petitioner’s case is found to be genuine , the same shal l be processed without any hindrance.
5. With the consent of c ounsel for NADRA , p etition stands disposed of in the above terms. Let intimation notice be issued to the petitioner to appear before V&R Branch, Awami Markaz, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi as discussed supra. JUDGE
