Muhammad Saleem Jessar, J:- Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 being sui juris, without any coercion or force had contracted marriage with the petitioner No.2 and now she is performing her marital obligations and living with petitioner No.2 with her consent. Learned counsel further submits that relatives of petitioner No.1, more particularly Respondent No.6 being antagonized upon marriage of petitioners, are causing threats to both the petitioners and a false criminal case bearing FIR No.482/2025, under section 365-B PPC and 3/4/5 PTIP Act, 2018 has also been lodged at Police Station Jakson, District Kemari, Karachi hence they have approached this Court for necessary protection of life, honour and property. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh submitted that official respondents are legally bound to provide legal protection to all the citizens including the petitioners without any discrimination. He after going through the record ensure s that official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and provide legal protection of life, honour and property to the petitioners in the manner that no one shall cause them harassment. I.O of the case is present in Court and has recorded statement of petitioner No.1 in the Court and undertakes to submit report in terms of Se ction 173 Cr.PC upon the basis of statement of petitioner No.1 recorded by her today in Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners being satisfied with the above statement sought disposal of instant petiti on with directions to the official respondents to provide necessary protection to the petitioners in the manner that no one shall cause them harassment. 4. In view of whatever discussed above, the instant petition stands disposed of with directions to the official respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.2 to 5 to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and provide necessary legal protection of life, liberty, honour and property to the petitioners in the manner that no one shall cause them harassment. I.O of the case is directed to submit report in view of the statement of petitioner No.1 before the concerned Magistrate. Office is directed to facsimile copy of this order to Respondent Nos.2 to 3 for compliance. Learned MIT-II to ensure compliance.
