Mr. Munsif Jan, Advocate for the Petitioner alongwith Mr. Imran, Advocate. M/s. Abdul Rahim Lakhani and Atta Mohammad Qureshi , Advocates for the Respondents 6 and 7. Mr. Muhammad Khalid Javed, DAG alongwith Mr. Muhammad Awai s Raza, Assistant Director , Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, who is present. ********** These petitions impugn the transfer/shifting of two Private Limited Companies namely; M/s. Al Ansar Travel & Tours and M/s. Karwan-e-Al Member Hajj Group , both of whom are Hajj operators, from the remit of Al Nafi Munazzam (Pvt) Ltd. to that of Al-Barr Munazzam (Pvt) Ltd.

However, that step appears to have been taken by the relevant Ministry on the application of those companies, as moved through their Chief Executive s, who as it transpires, are the son and daughter of the Petitioner respectively. Per learned counsel , the applications were moved without the consent and knowledge of the Petitioner, who is said to be the major shareholder of both companies and is said to have installed his son and daughter in their executive positions in good faith.

Even if that be so, the grievance of the Petitoner lies against his own offspring and at best gives rise to a private dispute, and it is apparent that he lacks locus standi to maintain the present Petitions against the actions of the Min istry, which would only be actionable

at the behest of the comp anies, but that too, not under the given circumstances where the same was taken at their behest.

As such, the petitions are found to be misconceived and stand dismissed accordingly.
