ORDER

Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J. Petitioner Nazir Masih filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 seeking release of his monthly pension and all back benefits. 2. The Secretary Local Government was directed to ensure payment in coordination with KMC and relevan t TMCs, with non -compliance attracting action against responsible officers. Contempt proceedings were also initiated. 3. Learned counsel for KMC reported that the petitioner’s pension, amounting to Rs.2,265,283/-, has been cleared. 4. The petitioner’s co unsel agreed to dispose of the petition in view of this compliance. 5. Without touching the merits of the case, this Petition stands disposed of.
