O R D E R Adnan-ul-Karim Memo, J The petitioner served at North Nazimabad Town, Karachi for about 35 years, but his pensionary benefits were withheld upon superannuation in 2022. Learned counsel for KMC stated that all benefits have now been disbursed to Muhammad Javed Khan’s and Nazir Masih’s account. In such circumstances, the petitioner counsel seeks disposal of the petitions accordingly. Both petitions are disposed of in view of this Statement.
