Petitioner Muhammad Rafiq Mallah filed this Constituti on Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, seeking directions to the official respondents to produce record of pending cases/FIRs, restrain them from arresting the petitioner or registering any FIR without permission of this Court, take action against respondents No.8 & 9, stop alleged harassment, and provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent No.8 had lodged six FIRs against the petitioner and his relatives at Police Station Mirpur Bathoro, out of which the petitioner has already been acquitted in five cases, while FIR No.236/2025 is pending before the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for respondents No.8 & 9 submitted that they have neither harassed the petitioner nor intend to do so in future and that any civil or criminal litigation shall be dealt with by the competent Court of law.

In view of the statements made by the parties present in Court that they will not cause harassment to each other and that their civil/criminal disputes shall be resolved before the competent Courts of law.
