1. Urgent application is granted. 2-5. The petitioners seek order for protection against r espondent Nos.5 to 12, who are police officers. It is alleged that said respondents are out to implicate the petitioners in false cases. For the aforesaid grievance , the petitioners have an adequate remedy under Sections 22 -A and 22 -B of the Cr. P.C. befo re the Ex -Officio Justice of Peace. Admittedly, the petitioners have not availed such remedy . Therefore, the petition is dismissed while leaving the petitioners to avail the aforesaid remedy.
