Through this petition the petitioner is seeking transfer of G&W Application No.4550/2022 from Court of XXIXth Civil/Family Judge, Karachi East to any other Court in Karachi East. When confronted as to the maintainability of this petition in view of the Sub-Section (2) of Section 25-A of the Family Courts Act, 1964 which empowers the District Judge to transfer a f amily suit from one Court to another. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and submits that he will not press this petition if he may be allowed to institute the appropriate proceedings before the District Court, to which the Respondent No.1, wh o is present in person has no objection. Order accordingly.
