Notices issued to the respondent-Unions were returned unserved with the remarks that their offices were closed for a couple of years. It is on record that the Annual Returns were not filed. I am also satisfied that the, Unions have ceased to function. The registration of the respondent-Unions must, therefore, be cancelled and I direct the Registrar of Trade Unions accordingly. Announced in open Court.
