ORDER Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J. – Petitioner Mst. Balqees Akhtar has filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, with the following relief: -
I. Direct the respondents to immediately release and disbur se all outstanding dues, including 2 reimbursement s of medical expenses, supplementary pay bill and difference of basic pay bill, to the petitioner and other lawful heirs of the deceased SSP Raja Basharat and any other service -related benefits accruing by law.
II. To direct the respondents to appear with complete portfolio / profile along with financial record of the late deceased.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain outstanding dues with regard to the medical reimbursement and arrears of the salary. For that learned Assistant AG present in Court submits that the same shall be reimbursed to the petitioner within two weeks. The request seems to be reasonable and acceded to, This petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement of learned Assistant A.G.
